Yes. Running the remixer is one of the steps we do for "publishing and compiling" a book. This is one reason for it. The remixer fixes all these errors.

The reremixer usually fixes it. I've seen it happen with the remixer but it is easy to fix

Seems that I have been here before LOL

I am remixing a book in my Sandbox to straighten out the order in the imported book.

I copied the book from my Sandbox - otherwise I couldn't see it in the remixer.

When I generate the new book it shows Front Matter and Back Matter pages..all the other pages are present as I can follow the links from Front Matter....but they do NOT show up on the book page

I got to this a few days later than optimal. I see all your pages in that sandbox book. Just in case this is still a problem, I forced the permissions of each page in your book to have you as editor status. Let me know if you still have a problem, please.
