This is urgent as I have students who added my class on the last day of drop add (after the last lecture of the week), I am trying to set up their account before Monday, and they see blank images. This is a remedial class that needs clear and explicit instructions and I can't send them a link because the images do not show.

In fact it is worse than I  expected, as the same thing happens when I open the page in Microsoft Edge, which is a browser I never use (I cleared image caches in Chrome and that did not work, so I tried Edge).  I do not think my internet provider is caching these, as it works when I am logged in, but I am working from home. Can someone go to this site without logging in and tell me if they see fig 1.4 with steps 3,4,5 (top image below) or just the student registration image with a red X through it(bottom image below.

Note, the top image has a "duplicate" as I was cleaning this up and thought maybe I should just make an entirely new image from the template.  So the top  part is the new image, the bottom was the original that I had edited.  Neither shows when I am not logged in, so that is not the problem, and I just erased the bottom duplicate.

This is what you see when logged in, and fig 1.4 did not change.  Note image 1.5 is completely missing (I switched if from custom to responsive yesterday as it looked like image 1.6, which is blank.  Yesterday both 1.5 and 1.6 were blank, which is what is stopping  me dead in my tracks, but I decided to redo 1.4, and it will not show.

Could there be something wrong with the way the page is set up?  Also, I am now using screenrecorder for screen captures, and it is better than the snipping tool

It sometimes helps to expand the image on your screen before doing the capture even with Microsoft's snipper (recently heard they were improving it)

I know we need to redo them and get better image quality and is there a better option for screen capture than MS snipping tool?  I am not sure why these ones came out so bad.
